Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
